If having his own show on MTV, collecting major hardware at recent skate-shows, and having tons of sponsors wasn’t enough for broke skateboarders (hi haters!) to hate Ryan Sheckler, adding sneaker designer to his resume may just put broke-boarders over the edge. Sheckler designed this Riviera model, and we got to admit, the young’in did pretty well. The sneaker was aimed to be Sheckler’s lifestyle shoe, and he kept it simple with quality suede and a subtle black/white colorup. The Etnies x R.NEWBOLD Collection

Apparently summer is popping in Britain thanks to season-long music festivals that attract dope performers and jet-setting tourists. To pay homage to the concerts, etnies collaborated with R.NEWBOLD— a staple brand in British work wear that’s now ran by designer Paul Smith. Three Jamesen-styled sneakers and a pair of sandals got hooked up with a unique sunglass all-over print—the accessory of choice for the slew of different performers that flood the festivals. The collection recently released exclusively at Japan’s R.NEWBOLD store, so hit your connect out East if you want to scoop up some pairs.

Verte X Etnies Collection

Skate/street-fashion brand Verte hooked up with Etnies for a set of sneakers and a jacket that will launch this June. Verte (try your luck at pronouncing it correctly on the first try) put their spin on an Ollie King as well as a brand new model called the Jameson. Look for the pieces to find their way into premium Etnies retailers.
