Looking for a good sale? We got you covered. Being that we live right in the middle of Ecko HQs, we found out that the bossman is giving customers 40 percent off on everything today on SHOPECKO.COM . T-shirts, jeans, hoodies, cut and sew pieces (Kendra not included), everything.
Over a month ago, the Ecko HQ played host to a party that paid homage to legendary hip-hop group Run DMC's 25th anniversary. The party, which displayed artwork for sale by Marco, has now spawned the re-release (100 were on sale at the party) of this low-run collaborative t-shirt.
Marco Art splashed his infamous “Boombox” graphic on this 1,000 piece limited run Tee. If the shirt wasn't dope enough on the collector-tip, a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Jam Master Jay Foundation. That's the win/win. Get the shirt at Shop Ecko, right HERE for $24.
Last night, we said eff the rain, and trekked upstairs from the Complex office to a party hosted by our bossman Marc Ecko that paid homage to the 25 year anniversary of iconic hip-hop group Run-DMC. Our check-writer threw the event in collaboration with Marco (an art collective that’s spearheaded by Peter Marco), who also had art for sale at the event.
In addition to the pieces that were on sale last night, Ecko and Marco hooked up for a limited edition shirt featuring Marco’s Hollis Crew Quarter Century design. 1,000 of the low-run shirts will be available at shopecko.com in a few weeks. Until then, check out some pics from the party below, including guests like Darryl “DMC” McDaniels and the always recognizable Retro Kidz…

While some of you may have been watching the Cowboys/Redskins, NFC East face-off last night, the Food Network was having their own competition-to-end-all-competitions, airing a special Thanksgiving battle of Iron Chef America. And in case you missed it, our bossman Marc Ecko fitted the Iron Chef roster in some brand new kitchen jackets'each reflecting the cook-masters’ unique style.
We're not going to play spoiler about who won the battle, but read on to see all the new Ecko-approved uniforms that hit Kitchen Stadium last night…

Left to Right: Peter Ruprecht, Anton Kandinsky, and Marc Ecko
This July, Peter Ruprecht (the photographer who brought us the stunning ladies of the Ecko Manufacturing ads) focused on a more humanitarian cause with his exhibit “Monadic Nomad.” It was through this series of environmentally and socially-conscious images that were both scenic and gritty that he documented his recent travels through India.
For the opening of “Monadic Nomad,” Ruprecht printed his photos on hand-made paper and hung them at the new Splashlight Studios Soho location in Tribeca. The exhibit officially closes its doors this Wednesday night, but the photos are available for purchase HERE. Proceeds will be donated to a charity that’s dedicated to providing clean drinking water. See some of the photos in the gallery below…
