Wake N' Watch Wake N’ Watch: Kanye West Performs ‘Ego’ With Beyoncé In London

Don’t let the fact that Kanye West has been laying low lately fool you into thinking that crowds don’t go crazy for him anymore. British concertgoers had already packed London’s famous O2 Arena to see Beyoncé perform and lucked out when a couple more superstars showed up. Hov came through to support his wifey, and Kanye hit the stage to spit his verse from thier hit, “Ego.” The festivities went down a few nights ago, but quality footage is just now hitting the web. Watch Ye’s cameo above.

Music Caught On Tape! 15 Memorable On-Stage Concert Spills

drake-fall
After tearing his ACL and limping around for weeks, Drake appeared to be back to normal while performing “Best I Ever Had” for a sold out audience at one of this weekend’s America’s Most Wanted Music Festival stops. That is until he made a spin move that caused him to tear another ligament and collapse on stage (click here to check out our exclusive Drake tour diary from the night in question).

Knowing the severity of his injury, we just hope the kid gets better soon, because while sometimes it’s funny to laugh at people falling down, this injury could be costly for the young MC. Although he’s the latest, Drizzy’s not the first artist to take a spill at a concert, so while we wait for him to recover, check out (and feel free to laugh at) 15 other Memorable Stage Tumbles…

Music When Rappers Attack: 10 Memorable Fan Beatdowns

rickchapelle-copy
Last weekend, Wale caused a bit of a ruckus when he got into a physical confrontation with a fan at the Sneaker Pimps concert in NYC. Something like a “I’m Olubowale Folarin, bitch!” moment, if you will. Video footage finally surfaced yesterday, and we can’t say that we were too surprised by the whole ordeal.

Rappers have been smacking up fans for decades now, but the advent of Flipcam and camera-phone technology has guaranteed that each of these precious moments is captured on film micro hard drive. Keep on reading to watch our 10 Most Memorable Fan Beatdowns

Music Supreeme Clientele

NEGRIL.jpg

New York isn't as snobby as you think. Turn on the radio and a cornucopia of imports rule the airwaves. Naturally, this melting pot of a city would embrace Atlanta's burgeoning um, rappers, Supreeme. OK, rock stars in the making, maybe. With a swagger similar to one part David Bowie stirred (not shaken) with two parts T.I. and UGK, the trio performed last night for a bevy of trendhumping downtown hipsters dressed like they were torn from the pages of Complex's Street Detail. Oh did we mention Supreeme member Neghasi Armada is also Complex alum? The capacity crowd at SOHO lounge Negril Village were treated to cuts from the indie-classic Church & State, their recent release, Supremacy, and styles too hot for Complex ' face paint, and throwback 80's ski-suits. Homie, you ain't up on this.

CROWD.jpg
Let’s play a game. Match streetwear with the blog it was featured.

SWORDSMAN.jpg
Neghasi stays sharp on the dancefloor, literally.

AMRMADA.jpg
Supreeme kicks off their perfomance with “International Awareness” from their first album Church & State.

ARMADACHAKA.jpg
All hail Neghasi and group beatsmith, Chaka.

DOPEPOPECHAKA.jpg
It wasn’t that hot in Negril Village, but performing shirtless is the norm for Chaka and Dope Pope.

And the ladies love it.

Supremacy is in stores now on Record Collection.
