Complex Eminem Covers Our December/January Issue!

Jacket by PRPS; Hoodie by G-Star by Marc Newson Limited; Pants by Public School
Well, well, well, would you look at the calendar: It’s December already, which means it’s just about time for Complex’s December/January 2009 issue! And how better to take us into the next decade than the man who came back strong in 2009, Marshall motherfuckin’ Mathers a.k.a. Eminem. You already know he’s got two bangers on deck—this month’s Relapse: The Refill, which features seven new tracks originally slated to be on Relapse 2, and then the full-fledged sequel album next year. We took a trip to the D (ayo!) to spend some time with the sober, streamlined Em, and came away knowing that hip-hop has no idea what it’s in for. Click on for a crazy behind-the-scenes video of the photo shoot and the creation of the CGI cover above (huge shout to the wizards at Digital Fusion for that one), as well as a link to the full cover story. And don’t ever say we don’t take care of you—this issue’s not hitting newsstands until December 8, so consider this an early holiday gift.

Oh, and because this is Complex cover week, don’t forget that tomorrow we’ve got our flipside cover that shows off the sexy side of Complex. Stay tuned!

Style How to Get Kid Cudi’s Complex Cover Look

lead2
On Kid Cudi: Sunglasses by SUPER; Jacket by Moncler

Amidst the praise and props we received from readers when we debuted our Kid Cudi cover on Monday, we heard a lot of you asking where you can cop some of the items Cudi was rocking in the Augor-assisted photos. And we don’t blame you. Not only did our fashion team do their thing, Mr. Mescudi came through with his own unique style to top things off. After all, there’s a reason we tapped him to be on the cover of our 5th annual Style and Design issue.

A few weeks ago, we showed you how to dress like Cudi in the “Make Her Say” video, and now we’re gonna do you a solid and break down exactly what the G.O.O.D. Music young gunner wears on our cover and how you can get a similar look. It’s the sincerest form of flattery, you know…

Complex John Cho and Kal Penn On The Cover Of Our Green Issue

Complex Green Issue with Kal Penn and John Cho
Who other than the stars of Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay would make a better cover duo for our first ever Green Issue? John Cho and Kal Penn don’t partake in their characters’ favorite vice. They’ve never even seen a Cheech and Chong flick. But that hasn’t stopped them from becoming icons for the members of ultimate frisbee teams and er…hemp enthusiasts across the nation. Pick up the issue, with custom cover lettering by Grateful Dead type O.G. Wes Wilson when it hits stands April 10th. Inside you’ll find 420 ways to live the green life, the future of sneakers, and, of course, our photo shoot with our cover girl Mila Kunis. Read a few pearls of wisdom from Cho and Penn’s interview as well as a video with the directors of Harold & Kumar after the jump.

Mila Kunis Complex Cover
Mila Kunis posed for the cover of our April/May book which is also our first ever Green Issue. We didn’t bother asking the lovely Mila if she recycles, but we did talk to her about her role in Judd Apatow’s new comedy, Forgetting Sarah Marshall. We also got her thoughts on invisibility, Chuck Norris, her gig acting on Family Guy and a lot more. Come back tomorrow to see the cover of our flip side. Pick up the issue when it hits stands nationwide on April 10th. Read a few nuggets from her interview and watch the video from her photo shoot and after the jump.

Complex Olivia Munn On The Cover Of Complex

Olivia Munn, Feb/March '08 Complex
Smart, sexy and funny 'allow us to introduce you to the triple-threat that is Olivia Munn, our Feb/March issue cover girl. She's been on hardcore gamers' radar for years now thanks to G4 TV's Attack Of The Show! Others might remember Munn from her modeling/Fox Sports sideline reporter days. And the Complex regulars out there will certainly recall her last shoot to heat up our pages. Yeah, our girl gets serious work. With an upcoming role in Rob Schneider's April comedy Big Stan, Olivia opened up to us about her career, stalkers, and quotes about anal sex that will reduce most fanboys to quivering puddles. Did we mention she's nasty at Wii boxing? Add schooling our Editor in Chief and Senior Staff writer in a virtual fistfight with a lot riding on the outcome (check for the vid after the jump). In addition to the flicks of Munn, our product guide is stacked with pages dedicated to the Jordan XX3, and the season's top-tier jackets, watches and T-shirts. Check out the issue that hits newsstands across the nation February 12th.
