Everyone from Coldplay to Kanye have rocked variations on these military-inspired coats. Vote to "hump" or "dump" this trend now!

In this age of extreme individuality, sometimes the situation just calls for a uniform. To match the vague French Revolution theme of their latest album Viva La Vida, Coldplay has been rocking military-inspired marching band-style jackets everywhere they go, from iTunes commercials to magazine covers.

But Chris Martin and company are far from the first ones to try out this look. The Beatles, Michael Jackson, Adam Ant, Chris Brown and Kanye West have all pulled out variations on the style at various points in their career. Will the marching band jacket make it to the streets, or will it remain the momentary fashion statement of overpaid musicians? Vote whether to “hump” or “dump” this trend below.

Mr. West resurrects his duet with the Coldplay singer for a new video tour through Chi-City.

The verses? 5 years old. Collaborating with Coldplay? Two years late. The song? From last year’s album. But the video is all fresh!

In the 5th official clip from Graduation, Kanye West resurrects his duet with Chris Martin for a black & white tour through Chi-City. Does this mean he scrapped those plans for the extended versions of the “Flashing Lights” video? “Homecoming” has fewer murderous Playboy models, but we guess it’s pretty good too. Watch it after the jump.
