5 Slept-On Bangladesh Songs Before ‘A Milli’

Every year, a new producer comes along and becomes hip-hop’s “it” beatmaker. Last year it was Danja. Before that it was The Runners. And this year, it looks like it’s going to be Shondrae “Bangladesh” Crawford, who produced Lil Wayne’s freestyle mega-anthem “A Milli” and Busta’s quirky new banger “I Got Bass.”

But unlike most fresh-faced “it” producers before him, Bangladesh has some serious history in the game. He’s already produced huge smashes like Ludacris’s “What’s Your Fantasy” and Kelis’s “Bossy,” both of which blew up big but failed to establish him as a marquee name.
