Good news for all hetero male fans of Sarah Jessica Parker: the obnoxious chin-mole that we've been forced to look at over the years has finally been removed. Photos taken at last night's MLB All-Star game show her sans the facial flaw.

For some chicks, the so-called “beauty mark” only ads to their unique look, but the permanent pimple on SJP was really an unnecessary distraction during that episode of Sex And The City our girlfriend made us watch.
