Jeans are, arguably, the most versatile and wearable pieces of clothing in fashion history, with indigo being the most popular by far. Who do you know that doesn’t own at least one pair? Go on, we’ll wait…Nobody, that’s what we thought. Capitalizing on their popularity throughout the years, brands have made them available at all price points: from bargain-basement-cheap to pairs so expensive you’d be embarrassed to tell your mother how much you paid for them. For all those ballin’ within a budget, brands like Levi’s, A.P.C, and WESC deliver quality product to keep you looking like a million bucks, even if you only spent $70…

WHY WE COSIGN: When business and art find a balance, the result is usually very appreciable. Such is the case with Stuart & Wright. STORE: Krudmart
CITY: Buffalo, NY
SINCE: 2006
FOUNDED BY: Steve Kay
PRICES: $$ (out of 5)
WHY WE COSIGN: Located in the antique district of Buffalo, Krudmart was designed to fit in with the rustic vibe of the neighborhood, but still stocks the sick streetwear and cool guy stuff so you don’t have to rock an ironic mustache or hipster trench coat to hang with the crew. This is also one of the dope online boutiques we’ve come across recently. Founded by Steve Kay, the shop mainly carries the coveted A.P.C. denim and most T-Shirts range from $20 – $30. Inside the shop, the walls are an artistic approach to streetwear brands and lifestyle but still has some skate roots and relaxed vibe.
BRANDS CARRIED: 10.Deep, Black Scale, Arkitip, Cheap Monday, Crooks & Castles, Durki, Flying Coffin, Fuct, Gentle Fawn, In4mation, Mishka, Ludwig, Reason, Sugarcraft, The Hundreds, Sabre Vision, and Quiet Life
WHAT’S NEXT: Expect future collaborations with Erik Brunetti of Fuct, artist Donny Miller and a design by Andy Mueller of The Quiet Life and Girl Skateboards.
See below for the store’s most popular items, more pictures of the space, and our interview with the founder, Steve Kay…

Opened in 2004, South Willard was just what 3rd Street in L.A needed. The area was well-known for mom and pop stores, so avid surfer Ryan Conder and Danielle Kays flipped the script. “We felt we there was a need for the kinds of clothes we were interested in that were not being represented in Los Angeles,” said Conder.
South Willard’s style is heavily European and Japanese influenced and carries A.P.C, Band of Outsiders, Common Projects, Dries Van Noten, Patrik Ervell, Quoddy, Raf Simons, and Stephan Schneider. Be on the look out this Spring, as the creative duo will release their own collection all made in Japan. More shots of the space below…
