Complex reflects on the past two decades of Paul Litchfield's iconic concept for a sneaker.

Remember the Pump? A lot of people talk about begging their Moms for Jordans, but in a lot of areas, the Reebok Pump held as much cache as any sneaker on the market. Sneakerheads who “really lived it” may contest, but hop in a time machine to 1992 and ask any second grader what sneakers they want, and you’ll get a 50/50 split.

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the sneaker that had everyone pressing the air-filled basketball before sporting events, stunting in the lunch room, or just plain wasting time pretending to talk to girls. The Reebok brand is investing heavily on bringing the sneaker back with a series of new releases, and you know what? It just may work, because the sneaker has history. Hit the jump and take a walk through the Pump’s best moments…

NOVEMBER 20TH, 1989: DOMINIQUE WILKINS INTRODUCESTHE REEBOK PUMP
• “Pump up and Air Out!” November 20, 1989 started the Reebok Pump reign. Not only did the shoe look unconventional, but the pump-up aspect was something that no one had ever seen before. The first series of commercials were heavy on the anti-Nike tip, with Dominique Wilkins asking “Mike” to come Pump up on primetime TV. Craze.

A couple months ago, we laid out our Top 50 (NON-SB) Nike Dunks of all time, and judging by all the great comments we got, we’re sure you remember the feature quite well. Now we’re back to go through the Top 50 Air Force 1s of all time, but we called on the undisputed AF1 King, DJ Clark Kent to give us his master list. The legendary Producer/DJ/Sneaker Head came up with a list chock-full of holy grails, and special make-ups that only a few people have in the world. Yeah, he’s serious. Check out the countdown to see which styles made Clark’s favorite fifty…

We hit the hardwood to put the latest batch of b-ball kicks from all the brands to the test. Check out the review.

Last night, the new NBA season jumped off, with players rocking a whole new crop of sneakers. To get some real-life player perspective on the latest performance basketball kicks, we recruited three local players to hit the court in new releases from adidas, Jordan, Nike, Pony and Converse.

Keep reading to see what our team of testers—including RON JACKSON (6’2”, 245, PF/C), DO KIM (5’8”, 135, PG), and JUSTIN MONROE (5’11”, 155, SF) thought of the Nike Air Max LeBron 7, the adidas TS Commander, the Jordan Melo M6, and more. Game on…

Jordan Melo M6 $120, jumpman23.com
DK: “The Melo M6 is a great lightweight shoe, solid support and feel on the court. The shoe was responsive and allowed me to do what I wanted when cutting and making quick direction changes. It has a good level of padding and support throughout the shoe. It’s definitely a little stiff, so it does need breaking in. It’s a good overall middle-ground, versatile shoe for smaller and bigger players. The ankle support was good but stiff. A piece of the shoe was digging into my foot on the outer ankle, but other than that, no major complaints.”
DK: “These have an inner sock liner/boot that was very comfortable. It felt like you were wearing two socks, which wasn’t always good, because it bunches a little and you have to get used to the buttery feeling, but feels great. It’s sewn into the shoe, so unlike some sock shoes, it’s not gonna come out. I didn’t notice the sock shifting as I made cuts, though, so that’s a plus. Of all the sneakers I tested, these had the best court response. I felt the most in tune with the court and my foot. It’s geared more towards guards than big men. I can’t recommend it to bigger players. The lowest cut of all the shoes, and if you need that you probably want to look somewhere else. Straightforward design with no fancy designs. You don’t have to pump or strap anything, which is good.”
I did feel a little like I could roll my ankle from side to side, and if I’m playing in the post I want it to be tighter for more power and stability. When I come down and I feel like my ankles pop out, I have to stop and reset. Style wise, for Pony, it’s a miracle. The strap does nothing but it looks nice and I think without it it would be a pretty plain shoe.”
The Hypermax provided a decent amount of ankle support but the lightweight toe cap made me a little nervous on forefoot support. The toecap is a little hard, so make sure you get a pair that fits, otherwise you’re going to be banging your toes into the toecap-not fun. JM: “This sneaker is a little bulkier than the Hyperize (which I’ve worn) but the tradeoff is that it feels sturdier, which is good for a heavier guard. The cut-outs look cool but don’t do anything for you other than perhaps add ventilation. They lose shape a little and don’t hug your foot when you lace the shoes up tight. It feels like that could have been addressed, but as far as aesthetics, these are perhaps my favorite Jordan brand team shoes I’ve ever seen.”

The Canadian company's collabo with the three stripes drops on Halloween. Check out our in-depth profile on the line, featuring Ransom's brand manager.

On Saturday, October 31st (Halloween), Ransom drops the first season of its collaborative project with adidas, Ransom by adidas. This series of five silhouettes is a classic collection and is just in time to get you fresh for the chilly months ahead. Hit the jump for images of the entire collection, some background information on the brand, and a video Ransom created to introduce the series…

Ransom started as a boutique in Canada, a bridge between the sneaker street fashion and men’s high-end gear. In the beginning, it sold select brands from around the world along with a small sprinkle of the Ransom private label, a cut and sew line that started in fall of 2007. From there, the brand has evolved into a line that is carried in stores around the world. The flagship locations are in Toronto and Vancouver, and design is done out of the Toronto office. Ransom is part of United Front, the umbrella that houses the Goodfoot, Nomad, Stussy Canada, and Ransom.

This new collaboration with adidas came about organically between friends at both brands. Fraser Avey, brand manager for Ransom relates, “This was an outlet for adidas to try something new, and we obviously we jumped at the opportunity.” Both teams had similar aesthetic ideas for how the collection should look, and the line is an original take on classic heritage pieces. This isn’t a one-off, but the start of a bigger, long-lasting program. The first iteration drops October 31st, and look for Ransom by adidas to continue in seasons to come.

With his new signature shoe releasing this week, the Denver Nuggets star breaks down his top 5 sneakers of all time.

While some people have fallen off of the Jordan Brand team (you know who you are) Carmelo Anthony’s place on the roster is more solid than ever. With the NBA season starting next month, Melo and the Denver Nuggets will be looking to build on the playoff success they had last year. And when he takes the court, he’ll lace up his sixth signature sneaker, the Jordan Melo M6.

The sneaker, which Carmelo explains is made for on-court performance as well as off-court stunting, includes design cues like the the Baltimore harbor skyline (Melo’s hometown) on the outsole as well as AU79/08, the atomic number for gold that celebrates Anthony and team U.S.A’s Gold medal win in Beijing last year. While Melo was doing press for the new shoe that will trickle into some stores this week, we spoke to him about his 5 favorite kicks of all time, as part of our new column “My Sneaker Essentials.” Hit the jump to see his fave-5 and to get more info on the new Jordan Melo M6…

Mad your favorite kicks didn't make our "best of the decade" list? Listen to our logic to find out why.

By now we’re sure you’ve read, and voiced your opinion on, our highly controversial (relax broskis, there’s more to life than sneaker debates) Top 100 Sneakers of the 2000’s list. After looking at your very constructive comments pertaining to the styles that didn’t make the cut, we wanted to give our reasoning for not including certain sneakers on the massive countdown. See, we listen to you guys, and value your opinions (thanks for clicking). Read on to learn why shoes like the Cool Grey XI, Jordan VI/XI DMP Pack, and New Balance x SoleBox Purple Devil didn’t get the nod. Feel free to leave your feedback in the comments, just don’t tell us to kill ourselves like commenter “Qof” did.

SNEAKER:Air Jordan Cool Grey XI
YEAR RELEASED: 2001
WHY THEY DIDN’T MAKE IT: Sure these were sick and solidified the “cool grey” colorway as an awesome go-to for Jordan as well as other brands, but in the interest of not getting too Jordan-heavy with the list, we left off re-issues of original silhouettes (besides special make-ups.) Think of all the sick IVs, VIs, and VIIIs that dropped in the past nine years. The whole front-end of the list could’ve been Jordans. What fun would have that been?

SNEAKER:Jordan Defining Moments Package
YEAR RELEASED: 2006
WHY THEY DIDN’T MAKE IT: This Black/Gold package VI/XI combo had people going crazy when it came out, but the staying power of the sneakers has diminished significantly since its release. Now that Jordan brand is doing even more DMP’s and the packages aren’t a one-off (people thought they may be back in 2006), don’t be surprised to see more powerful pairings than the first drop in the future that will make you forget about the O.G.s

SNEAKER: adidas Gazelle Skate
YEAR RELEASED: 2007
WHY IT DIDN’T MAKE IT: The new take on a classic, timeless silo was good, but it hasn’t picked up that much steam yet. Can the Gazelle ever do for adidas skate what the dunk did for Nike SB? We’re hoping, but it didn’t happen in time for this list.

If Nike continues to pump these out and keep the people excited, these might make our list in 2020.

SNEAKER: Nike Air Zoom Huarache 2k4
WHY THEY DIDN’T MAKE IT: Commenters complained that these weren’t on the list, but really, who wore these off-court? Not us or you, probably. For basketball they were great, but that’s where it stopped. Plus the Huarache 2k5 > Huarache 2k4 and the Hyperdunk that was #32 on our list are better than both styles.

SNEAKER: Solebox x New Balance “Purple Devil”
YEAR RELEASED: 2006
WHY THEY DIDN’T MAKE IT: This collab was one of the most critically-acclaimed New Balance releases, but it was one of those sneakers that no one knew where to get them in the United States—not even Flight Club has ‘em. It’s a great sneaker, but the sketchy distribution (only 300 made overseas) ruined it for us. If you scored a pair, you’re probably like the coolest person we don’t know.

SNEAKER: Nike Paris Opium 180
YEAR RELEASED: 2006
WHY THEY DIDN’T MAKE IT: We got some heat about not including these Opium-designed 180s, but it’s hard to debate that these were better than the Union 180s or the Nom de Guerre’s special make-ups 180—both of which made the list. There was some hype behind these, but they didn’t sell as well as expected, with some pairs even trickling into outlets in the U.S. after sitting on shelves

SNEAKER: Air Max Infrared 90s
YEAR RELEASED: 1990
WHY THEY DIDN’T MAKE IT: Umm…to the two commenters who gave us shit for this, look at the name of the sneaker. These were made in 1990 and the re-issues that came later were exactly the same.

YEAR RELEASED: 2009
WHY THEY DIDN’T MAKE IT: The Foamposite is a classic, and this colorway had people lining up this past year, but the sneaker was originally produced in 1997. If we put these on, we would have no argument for leaving all the Jordan re-issues off the list. Last time we’ll say it.

SNEAKER: Vans x Hosoi Sk8-Hi
YEAR RELEASED: 2007
WHY THEY DIDN’T MAKE IT: In terms of the Sk8-Hi, this collabo with skater Christian Hosoi, is widely considered one of the best make-ups of the last few years. It was on our top 101, but got cut in the edit. True story.

What kicks defined the last 10 years? Complex looks back on all the classic sneakers in this epic countdown.

Believe it or not, we’re fast approaching the end of the Aughts—a.k.a. the the first decade of the 2000s. It’s been an interesting 10 years to say the least, so Complex decided to put together a series documenting the Best of the 2000s, where we count down our 100 favorite everything. Last week, we kicked things off with the Top 100 Albums (click here if you missed it), and we’ll be releasing a new list every week through November.

Next up in the series is the 100 Best Sneakers of the last 10 years. If you’re like us, you bought a ton of models—some classics, some not-so-classic—in the past 3,000+ days. Included in the list you’ll see all the holy-grail-status SBs, Jordans and other standout models from your favorite brands. Check out which kicks made the top 100, and let us know how you feel in the comments…

Celebrate the history of this classic college basketball sneaker with our countdown of the most classic releases.

It’s September, which means back to school time is upon us. And what sneaker is more appropriate for school than the Nike Dunk? In 1985, Nike released the original Dunk Hi sneaker to heavy-match with the uniforms of top-tier college basketball teams. Now, 24 years later, we’ve seen everyone from graffiti artists and super brands to cool-guy stores and rock bands put their spin on the iconic silhouette.

The sneaker is Nike’s canvas, and while we’re sure you’ve bought a bunch in your lifetime, we’re hoping you bought some of the right ones. With the spirit of the kids going back to the books, we put together a master list of what we felt are the 50 Best Nike Dunks Of All Time—minus SBs (that list is coming later, so don’t try to do it first!). See which styles made the cut, and have fun strolling down memory lane after the jump. Class is in session.

The DC rapper talks us through his top 5 favorite kicks of all time.

Complex has been blessing you with our in-depth sneaker knowledge for years now, but you know what? It isn’t all about what we think. The best part about sneaker collecting is that everyone has their own unique favorites, regardless of what the “experts” say. It’s with this in mind that we present our new column My Sneaker Essentials.

Ever wonder what your favorite celebrity sneakerhead’s top 5 kicks of all-time are? For the inaugural edition of MSE, we got down with DC’s own Wale, who might just be the biggest sneaker fiend from the new generation of rappers. While touring in support of his upcoming debut Attention: Deficit, Mr. Never-Wear-The-Same-Thing took some time out to talk about his classic kicks, why he can’t fuck with Jordan 3s, and why Deion Sanders is the man…

TIM DUNCAN FOAMPOSITE MAX

WALE: “The Tim Duncan silver joints is up there for me. When they first came out, a $180 sneaker was unheard of back then. I worked my ass off, stole money, did everything I could do to go out and get those and I was in middle school when they came out. When I say anything, I mean it. I was cutting grass and all this shit.”

PENNY FOAMPOSITE 1′S

WALE: “I think those were $200! The clear bottom, man. I remember watching the Arizona Wildcats play and Mike Bibby had them on in the final four and everybody was like, ‘What the hell are those?!’ It was so next level, you know what I’m saying? It felt like the future was now starting. It was like the Jetsons era as if it was the first step to flying cars. I really felt that way, so those definitely have to be on the list!”

AIR JORDAN 11 CONCORD

WALE: “They’re just the cleanest-looking shoe of all time. Clean! That was the first time when I was like, aight man, all the Jordans that are out…man I just want to look like Michael Jordan. I just want to look like Michael Jackson, Michael Jordan, I want to be the cleanest person in the world! Yeah the 11’s, there was something about them. Mike didn’t even sell nobody on those. It was like just looking at a shoe and knowing you have to have it. I have to bump the Jordan 3’s off the list because when they did the whole retro thing and certain artists started wearing them, I was like ‘Oh, never mind. I just can’t bang with these joints no more man!’ [Laughs.]“

TIFFANY & HEINEKEN SB DUNK (TIE)

WALE: I’m not really big on SBs no more because I just haven’t been satisfied with how they’ve been looking. The last really good SB was probably the Mork and Mindy or the Hawaii joints. Even the Freddy Krueger joints were dope but they never came out with them. Heinekens are great but the Tiffanys, man! I remember they came out and I was working. Those were definitely a camp-out shoe, but I wasn’t about to camp out. I never really did that, I just paid someone an extra hundred to have someone just sit there. Those [The Tiffanys] were like the uber-camp-out shoes. Like I said, I was working that day and I didn’t get them. I’ll never forget my man Dan came into work wearing them joints and I was like, ‘Man…I hate you right now.’ [Laughs.] You know what I’m saying? Because that was the last real dunk for SB that was next-level amazing. They tried to do a bunch of other things with dunks, but I was never really impressed with them.”

DEION SANDERS DIAMOND TURF 2

WALE:Everyone knows this is my favorite shoe. I was such the OD Deion Sanders fan. I used to play like him, I used to wear my face mask like him. I used to do the dance at practice and at the games and I remember seeing the commercial where they were like, ‘Get this shoe! Its Deion Sanders’ shoe!’ And they would show him like dancing, it was around Christmas time. Those were the best ones. They not even be the best looking, but what they represent to me is priceless. The red ones, if I could find them right now, I would pay anything for them. I’d give somebody a car, definitely. Small car, though.”

Capo shared his daily kicks with the Twitter world for the last 3 months. Check out our highlight reel.

This summer’s been big for rappers and sneakers. Fabolous got his own Reeboks and Fat Joe got whatever brand his “Recession” sneakers are dropping on. But no one has really gone in (at least on twitter) like Jim Jones has.

When we talked to Capo recently, he said he was going to rock a new pair of sneakers every day of the summer, and post a photo of them on his Twitter using Twitpic. Although he hasn’t been 100 percent consistent, his sporadic kick posts have Jimmy slowly approaching 1 million followers (he’s currently at 996,387). Since it would be a pain in the balls for you to search for all of Jimmy’s kicks, including the ones where he was “too high to remember to attach the picture,” we decided to compile all of his “Splash Pics” into one handy post. Check his fresh and his hilarious commentary from the twits after the jump….

In our new column “Top Shelf” we’ll check in with the dopest sneaker stores around the country to put you up on the footwear they’re stocking right now.

First up, we hit up our homies at ALIFE NYC to see what sneakers were moving units, and some kicks the managers were co-signing. Hit the jump to see the goods from usual favorites like Nike, and Jordan Brand as well as some bangers from New Balance and Warrior, as well as some sneakers your wifey might be interested in.

Did you catch the new Topman footwear leak this week? It features a sneaker that looks strangely similar to a Creative Recreation Dicoco Hi. Hmmm. Topman, we love you, but come on, this is not fair. You can’t just copy a sneaker and put it on sale for cheap. Creative Rec has a brand identity, and while they might not be big enough to come at you with a team of snarling lawyers, that doesn’t mean you can go in and take its designs.

All sneaker companies get ripped off (ever see fake AF1s in the hood?), but when a big company does it, it just looks bad. Hit the jump for other brands who have produced strangely similar kicks to Creative Rec. Yup, we see you…

Last Friday, Complex got a chance to meet with LeBron James and the Nike Basketball crew in Akron, Ohio to preview the new LeBron James Air Max VII and to get a little history lesson on the King. Nike product launches are unparalleled, and in addition to unveiling the sneaker, we got a chance to check out LeBron’s high school, St. Vincent-St. Mary and some special colorways of the sneaker which release this coming October.

Hit the jump for images of the LeBron James footwear history installation, located in Akron, images of LE versions of the Lebron 7, photos from the preview event hosted by Kenan Thompson and a snap of Lebron’s tricked-out Challenger…

The iconic Brooklyn graffiti artist has added his touch to tons of kicks over the years, including his most recent Rocawear release.

It looks like Brooklyn graffiti artist Josh “Stash” Franklin is back at the footwear game, as part of a new collaboration with some interesting characters. Ready? Philadelphia urban retailer VILLA turns 20 this year. OK, sounds good. So to commemorate this, Rocawear is making a boot for the shop. OK. Cool. Jay-Z and Udi Avashalom (Training Camp NYC) own Rocawear footwear, so this makes it their collab. Then they got Stash to write a happy birthday message on each box. OK. So it’s a three way collab between Udi, Jay-Z, and Stash.

The boot is cool, but definitely not the first time Stash has gotten down with the collabo-train. Hit the jump for them all, a history of Stash’s footwear collabs, and get schooled. Think you have what it takes to become the next go-to collaborator man? We know Nike is looking…

Stash’s Air Force 1 High is up there with the Supreme SB as far as “sneakers that started the second wave of sneakerhead-dom.” The O.G. pair came in a sick case, and the sneakers were re-released following Nike’s “One Night Only” celebration of the Air Force 1 in 2006.

Images are all over the Internet hyping Nike SBs “Ron Burgundy” Dunk Low, a sneaker that is hitting retail this month. The sneaker takes inspiration from Will Ferrell’s character from Anchorman (which we voted as the funniest movie of all time), and it looks quite nice. Unfortunately for those holding down a pair of super limited Nike SB Dunk Low Shanghais, these are almost the same thing. Does this drop the value of your kicks? Probably, but you should have skated them anyway, so file that under a “Y.P.”.

Nike SB prides itself on never repeating colorways, so the “Ron Burgundys” are kind of a way around re-creating the Shanghais. Hit the jump for our favorite repeats, ’cause keeping the O.G.s isn’t only difficult, it’s retarded.

In what he says is an effort to pursue a global image, NBA star Dwayne Wade has left Converse and is moving forward with Jordan Brand, ending a relationship he’s had since 2005. Good for him. Hopefully this means no more lame commercials and much better looking sneakers (no shots). Plus, it’s still all Nike money at the end of the day. The announcement got the sneaker world buzzing this morning, but D-Wade isn’t the first baller to shake things up on the endorsement side. Keep reading to check out eight more NBA players who switched sneaker companies…

PLAYER: Kobe Bryant
BRAND SWITCH: Adidas to Nike
• KB signed a six-year deal with Adidas in 1996 for roughly $48 million. He switched to Nike when his contract expired, and signed a five-year deal for $45 million. Not too much of a paper upgrade right? Wrong. Nike later gave Kobe a multi-year extension in 2007 for an undisclosed amount, which we can imagine was $$$$$$.

PLAYER: Stephon Marbury
BRAND SWITCH: And 1 to Starbury
• Steph inked with And 1 just days after the 1996 NBA Draft. “The Marbury” sold for a budget price of $70, something he would reinforce when he starting slinging his Starbury’s for $15 a pop.

PLAYER: Vince Carter
BRAND SWITCH: Puma to Nike
• VC signed a five-year deal with Puma before his rookie season, but ended the relationship in 2000, complaining that the shoes hurt his feet. Months later, Vince signed a multi-year $30 million contract with Nike, but half of that went to Puma for breach of contract. Since his “feet hurting” days, Carter has been rocking the superior-cushioned Nike Shox on court.

PLAYER: Kevin Garnett
BRAND SWITCH: Nike to And 1 to Adidas
• Nike produced several sneakerhead favorites (the Flightposite) for Garnett before he left for And 1, a stint more known for its controversial interrogation commercial than the shoes. KG eventually signed a lifetime contract with Adidas in 2003.

PLAYER: Tim Duncan
BRAND SWITCH: Nike to Adidas
• After winning his first MVP and championship titles wearing Nikes, rival brand Adidas scooped up the “Big Fundamental” in 2003 when he signed a multi-year contract. Just like the athlete they signed, details of the deal were kept quiet.

PLAYER: Chris Webber
BRAND SWITCH: Nike to Dada
• C-Webb’s kicks with Nike were mid-’90s staples, but he moved on to Dada in 2002 when the company signed him as President of their new basketball division. It wasn’t a smart move, as Webber went on to design terrible looking sneakers like the CDubbz pictured above.

PLAYER: Baron Davis
BRAND SWITCH: Reebok to Li-Ning
• Just last year, B. Diddy left Reebok for Chinese footwear brand Li-Ning. Financial terms of the deal were not released, and to be honest, not many people gave a damn.

PLAYER: Jason Kidd
BRAND SWITCH: Nike to Peak
• After a longstanding relationship with Nike, dating back to his rookie year, Jason Kidd left the powerhouse and signed with Chinese brand Peak last summer before returning home from the Olympics. He signed for an undisclosed amount, but the same company is paying Shane Battier $4 million for three years, so figure a little more for the kidd.

Long Island stand up! To acknowledge this coming weekend’s Fourth of July holiday, and celebrate the mass exodus of New Yorkers to the beach, Nike created the the AIr Force 1 Premium “Jones Beach” Birch/Sail-Stone-Soft Blu SMU (Special Make Up). The sneaker goes on sale this coming Friday for $120 at Extra Butter NY, and looks dope, but come on guys. A Jones Beach Air Force 1? Seems like a bit of a stretch. There’s no relevant artist, no sneaker head, this is just a beach/music venue where you go to drink beer in the parking lot and listen to Steve Miller.

Nike AF1 special versions are usually tied to two things: artists who design the sneakers or athletes who are on Nike and are deserving of recognition. When Nike tries to spread the hype sauce beyond these ideas, they get a little WTF. In addition to the Jones Beach AF1, hit the jump to see our list of Air Force 1s that feature Questionable Marketing/Design Conceits…

On July 4th, Los Angeles tattoo artist-turned culture icon Mr. Cartoon re-releases his original Nike collaboration Air Force 1 in a special Livestrong colorway. The new Black/Black-Varsity Maize Mr. Cartoon Air Force 1 will be the first time Mr. Cartoon’s “Spider Web” toebox goes on sale to the public. It was first released as a 2005 Hyperstrike version of the Mr. Cartoon AF1 (50 to Cartoon, 50 to UNDFTD), with additional retail outlets selling the still limted, but different tattoo pattern. This Livestrong-ed up colorway joins the other “Greatest Hits” including the soon to be released Futura FLOM Dunk, Hideout Woven, and Busy P. Air Force 1, created to hype Lance’s involvement in the Tour de France, which starts on Saturday, July 4th.

Mr. Cartoon is a sneaker kingpin, and his signature models of both Nike and Vans helped define the earlier years of the newest generation of sneaker heads. Hit the jump for a history of Mr. Cartoon’s collaborations, including the Livestrong AF1, which comes out on Saturday…
Last night on twitter, the sneaker heads were buzzin’ about Lil Wayne’s sequined Supra Skytops when he took the stage for Young Money’s set. Are they coming out? Did Supra send them to Weezy? Well, the answer to both questions is…no.

Our source at Supra says they had no idea where the customs came from, which means Wayne had them made on his own. We’re guessing one of his Young Money weed carriers hooked up with the same person who customizes Paris Hilton’s sidekicks. See more shots of the shoes below, and if you’re feeling them, hit up the comments and try to persuade Supra to break out the bedazzler…
