Gourmet’s really making it easy to like its brand. Not only has the price of its footwear come down a lot, the designs the Italian-trio are cranking out keep getting more and more impressive with each seasonal drop. Yesterday, Gourmet leaked its Spring 2010 Collection on its site, but this Quindici (which means 15 in Italian) model slipped through the cracks. The one-tone canvas sneaker was one of our favorites, and at $90 it’s a no brainer. Look for the new collection to hit retailers like Commonwealth, DQM, Concepts, UNDFTD and Huf in a few weeks.

Man, if only Jimmy Rollins was a skater, or the Phillies beat the Yankees last year, these Phila-inspired Half Cabs would’ve made perfect sense. Even though we wouldn’t think of rocking them at Citi Field, we have to admit the grey/maroon (Vans actually dubbed it Grey/Philly) scheme is pretty dope. Some sneakers just consistently kill it for brands. Think what the Air Force 1 does for Nike, or what the Authentic does for Vans, and you’ll know what we mean when we say the Russell is Clae’s bread and butter. Last season we’ve seen an all gray wool make-up, and for Spring 2010, Clae’s back to getting you past no sneaker rules at your local fist-pump establishment. A gang of new colorups are dropping, but this beige/leather combo is the standout. Get them online now for $110, and wear ‘em when you’re beating the beat up.

We’ve told you before that the Samba look is going to be big in 2010, but don’t get it confused, these are skate shoes, not soccer shoes. In the past, Dennis Busenitz has been known to channel the adidas’ most popular soccer cleat, the Copa Mundial and judging by this latest pro model, he’s sticking with the futbol aesthetic. If you’re feeling them, cop ‘em now overseas at Cali Roots, or from Cali-based e-shop CCS for $80.
