Sorry it took a few days to get our heads together and images downloaded, but those crazy kids at the Virgin Festival know how to party and it rubbed off on us big time. Sure we saw the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Smashing Pumpkins, and showed you a video of M.I.A. amping the crowds, but as far as we’re concerned it was Wu-Tang that stole the shows on Sunday. Fresh off the Rock the Bells tour, the Clan totally had their shit together as the crowd response as well as their performance shows. Method Man was by far the most super charged, even crowd surfing at one point. And not even the muggy weather or looming threat of rain could contain the revelers as they continued to swell into a stadium sized crowd. We took a whole slew of pictures and videos. Check out the clips, photos, and the mostly “cargo short wearing” crowd after the jump.

Frank Kozik’s career began in 1980. He started out making fliers for punk bands in his native Austin, Texas, which led to posters, which led to album covers, which led to his own punk label, Man’s Ruin. He’s been provocative from day one, from art shows with images of Hitler masturbating to ripping off the band Offspring and their label Columbia by charging an exorbitant amount of $75,000 for designing the album art for their 1998 release, Americana. In a 2000 interview with The Onion’s A.V. Club, Kozik claimed messing with Disney was suicidal. But in 2006, he created this bust of China’s Chairman Mao …with Mickey Mouse ears. The man likes controversy. Complex asked Kozik about his path from music industry to the world of toy design, and what he’s got planned next.

After being on the hush for a few weeks, Reebok finally decided to unveil the missing link to their “Horror Pack,” that will drop this Halloween. This Freddy Kruger Alien Stomper takes cues from the villain’s attire, (the red flannel) and his method-of-death by incorporating slice marks on the leather heel. Check for the pack to hit stores this October, and remember treats over tricks, always.

We’ve let our fascination be known many times on this site when it comes to anything having to do with 8-bit gaming. It’s like there’s something hard wired in our brains, and whenever we see something that reminds us of the good ol’ days when there were actual arcades, we want it. And of all the games out there, nothing has been more iconic or attention grabbing for us as Space Invaders (and we’re not talking about this guy who defaces monuments with his signature street art tiles). Maybe we’re just suckers for nostalgia, but we’re really feeling this bag that is imprinted with the alien horde we tried so hard to fight off in our youth. This bag is also vegan friendly, and is made out of PVC even though it has that leathery look. So relive your childhood a little and carry this bag as a constant reminder to a time when video games didn’t require lengthy manuals or 14 button controllers.

Here’s a smart invention for bike enthusiasts that are sick of dangling headphones, or more importantly, not being able to hear what’s going on around them when riding bikes and listening to music. The iHome’s iH85B is basically a portable iPod dock, except this one mounts to a bike frame and also doubles as a speaker. Its rugged and impact resistant design is thanks in part to its polycarbonate enclosed case, and it clips right to your bike frame. You can then control your tunes by way of a wireless RF remote control that you can mount right on your handlebars which allows you to focus on the important things, like the road.

These Visvim G. Mowat Moc-Patent joints are far from everyday sneakers, they’re more the type of kicks you bring out to let everyone know you’re really on some next-level steez. All-patent-leather uppers get tricky, mainly because most other sneaker brands rock with plastic-patent rather than authentic leathers, but Visvim prides itself on the highest-quality materials. They’ll look and feel better than most of the quick-strikes you’ve dropped hundreds on, and when you’re hitting the streets, the chances of someone rockin’ the same kicks as you will be far less. They start shipping to retailers like Undefeated, Blends, ST. Alfred and Huf in two weeks, so start two-waying your connects. $260.

When Peter Dean Rickards isn’t taking pictures of BANKSY or causing other trouble in Jamaica, he’s out of country shooting really hot women and tending to his Afflicted Yard. Recently the photographer landed in Miami and caught up with some sexy girls that like to play with dogs, wear vampire teeth, and spit juice. A man of a few words, he sent us an email with the subject line: Drunk In Miami. Well of course that caught our attention quick fast and so we picked a few of our favorites to publish here, but we wouldn’t be doing our job if we didn’t point ya’ll to his full gallery. Jump for more Miami heat, but we have to warn ya that some of these pics are NSFW. However, since they were done in the name of “high fashion,” you might be able to justify scoping them, even in the office.

We’ve been on a bit of a Louie kick lately. From their iPod cases to their sexy spokeswoman, there’s something about the iconic fashion brand that keeps us gawking. And now we take a look at their rainforest ready Keepall bag. It’s an exact clone of their Keepall 55 except this one is waterproof and they’ve swapped out the leather for nylon, and it zips so well, it forms an airtight seal making this the perfect bag for not only rainy season travel, but also stinky weed smuggling. Good ol’ Louie, looking out for us once again.

We love limited New Balances’ even if we have no shot in getting them. To the cookie-cutter 574 wearer they’re not much different, to us sneaker-heads, they’re so much more. [Zozo via High Snob]
