L-R-G and Courvoisier have travelled a long road together in the past month. The two brands put their heads together for a partnership that has produced an exclusive line of products (jackets, mountain bikes, Nintendo Wii’s, to flat screen TV’s, etc), giving consumers an up-close preview of the limited edition line at pop-up shops nationwide.
Last night, for the final leg of the tour, super-producer Just Blaze and Complex’s DJ Treats turned the Lower East Side’s Reed Space into a virtual sweat box, pumping out heavy-hitting tunes for a memorable close to an even more memorable collaboration. See more photos of JB (sporting his Megatron Don x LRG tee), The Alchemist, DJ Clark Kent, and LRG rep Jonas Bevaqua after the jump.

The sign on the building said “Go Ape,” and that’s exactly what the city of West Hollywood did last night (April 23) at the Grand Opening of A Bathing Ape’s first West Coast retail location. The Japanese streetwear store, which opens to the public tomorrow (April 25), was host to some of the biggest names in hip-hop yesterday with Kanye West, Pharrell Williams, Rick Ross and Jermaine Dupri all stopping by. But it wasn’t just a night for rap, as the event was also highlighted by the appearances of Tennis star Serena Williams, actress Dania Ramirez (X-Men 3, Heroes), actor Jonah Hill, rocker Pete Wentz, soon-to-be drafted NBA player Kevin Love (UCLA) and even Iron Mike Tyson. See some more photos from the event after the jump.

BET’s programming is funnier than you think. The potential for a few LOLs is there outside of its embarrassingly funny-looking camera hams. Granted, last night’s taping for the annual Rip the Runway fashion show had the potential to be another train wreck like an episode of Hell Date, but it went off even with a few minor snags.
We laughed with Nelly (not at him), as he misread the Chiron on two separate occasions. His only response, “I can count numbers.” The amount of pancake butts that slipped into Nelly’s Apple Bottom wares was laughable in it’s own right, but still made us do a double-take.

Hitman chicks.
Associate editor, Bradley Carbone, continues his ballsy trek through Magic. This time around he stumbles on the things that make the tired trade show even palatable: lustful booth babes. Whether they’re walking around giving out samples or stunting as models, it’s the big boobs, plastic smiles, and rehearsed eye-f*cking that really makes the magic happen at Magic. Check for the sordid lassies after the jump.
