Best of the 2000’s: The Top 50 Music Video Girls
In case you couldn’t tell, Complex loves music videos. Earlier this week, we dropped our comprehensive countdown of the 100 Best Music Videos of the 2000s (click here if you missed it), but something was still missing. What would music videos be without the so-called “video vixen,” the model/dancer/actresses who provide us with a little aspirational eye candy in our darkest hour?
The last decade has truly been the golden age for the music video model, from icons like Melyssa Ford to new favorites like Rosa Acosta. Even some of the world’s sexiest celebrities (ScarJo!) have made memorable video appearances, so we wanted to provide a comprehensive look back at all the ladies who have caught our eye on MTV, BET and YouTube over the last 10 years. Eh, there are plenty of “Video Vixens” out there who worked a ton of videos, so why use girls who were only in one video or aren’t identified as “video girls”?
I mean Eliza Dushku? Anna Kournikova?
And I though ol’ boy was jokin’ when he said y’all forgot Summer Walker, but y’all really forgot her? That’s like makin’ a list of the best b-ballers of the decade and forgetting Dwayne Wade or something.

my sentiments exactly..its mad actresses and singers just ppl w/ other careers..this list shldve been for the ladies who have made featuring in videos their career to some extent..we all kno its a platform..but ppl who are clearly doing cameos should not be on this list… this shit is an #epicfail … follow me on twitter @snobbygyrl

Also missing, Ashley Tisdale in Boys Like Girls, Love Drunk.
You guys screw up every single list. Just stop trying, you suck at it. I understand the African American bias, but none of these women can hold a candle to Sara’s perfection.

Okay, I’ve gone through the top half of the list (1-25) and still haven’t seen the chick from that Africa video by Karl Wolf, so I have to assume that this list sucks and does not contain the hottest chicks from music videos at all.

The girl in the trade it all video is Jennifer. She’s the spanish chick with the blonde hair.I went to Venice High with her. She was ranked #2 in the Venice High top 10 prettiest girls in our school newspaper. I was #4. Isn’t that something else. That video came out about 2 yrs before I started modeling I believe. I cant remember her last name but give me a min to think about it and I will come back and post it. Hope that helped ;-)

85% of the white girls in this list cant touch any of the black girls in it. fuck what video shes been in does she look good. video is for non everyday looking tittie and ass,with nice prettiness. cassie doesnt have nearly enough booty to be in the top 10. if its about cameos let it be about cameos. but if its videos stop joking around and put the real hoes in there. most of the white girls in here are lame1 and cant hold a candle to any of the black girls in it. amber rose is a dime tho. :)
