After destroying our brain cells with asinine dating shows for the past few years, VH1 owed us this one. The network has brought back its classic Behind The Music series to expose the ills of another fleet of rock stars. Last night, Bobby Brown was the show’s subject and what a story it was. Prepare to hear about the former superstar’s ego-fueled departure from New Edition, insanely successful Don’t Be Cruel album, intense cocaine addiction, and infamous marriage to Whitney Houston on a level that you never have before. R&B singers don’t wild out like this anymore and if you have 40 minutes or so to spare, the chronicles of Bobby’s out-of-control lifestyle are more than worth taking a look at.
