Comme des Garcons PLAY x Converse Collection

What happens when you take a Converse Chuck Taylor and stamp it with a Comme des Garcons’ logo? The classic gets a lot cooler. This month Converse will release four sneakers as part of its Comme des Garcons’ Play collection. The brand opened the archives up and went to work on a 1950s vintage Chuck Taylor All Star that was originally produced for those serving in the U.S military. The four-pack of sneakers consists of two high-top versions and two oxford versions and comes in both black and white. Look for the sneakers to launch at Comme des Garcons stores in New York, Paris, London, Hong Kong and Seoul for $100 a pop.
