With his long-awaited “Popeye” series set to debut at London’s Serpentine Gallery next Thursday (July 2), the UK’s Channel 4 catches up with Jeff Koons in his New York studio/factory. We get a glimpse at the creation of the new series, including some crazy aluminum replicas of blow-up toys (no, not that kind).
