KAWS is overrated indeed, but his stupid cutesy hipster aesthetic is what at least half the Clipse audience clamors for, so it works. No graphic artist will drag down any musical act alone, this much is certain. These dudes could have a shield on their cover or a fuckin’ picture of a cornfield and they would still be bangin’ out.

My advice to the Clipse would be go holler at Eric & Parrish, those motherfuckers had a decade’s worth of ill album covers.

Reggie, way to spazz out & talk shit without knowing what YOU’RE talking about.

KAWS is the VISUAL ARTIST that designed the cover art of the single, pictured up there.

AND — it’s hella average. even more than he usually is. & he just throws his XX’s over their name like he’s just as important as Clipse. dude is a cornball, & is truly as Random stated, “really overated.”

the fact that they PAID him WAAAAY to much money to make that garbo ass generic ugly picture that doesn’t embody anything about the song, — and that he already boring-ed up the Kinda Like A Big Deal art, & that he’s no doubt going to make the ACTUAL ALBUM cover just as sloppy & boring — is a tad depressing to me.

NOW, the actual song is pretty nice. Hope it pops up everywhere.
