		<description>Great Player with an even better accent. I remember one scene though that does not speak for him: Mutombo asking Jordan during a game whether he could hit the free throw with his eyes closed... I always thought that was the dumbest question ever, since anybody can do that who trains his shooting technique consistently...</description>

		<description>When there is so much good to talk about Mutombo, I find it childish to work the Gold Club reference so often.  Take it easy.  There is a place for everything.

He is a hell of a player, he represented the best amongst us while playing basketball, and was an inspiration to many.

He is one of the reasons that I loved the Houston Rockets.
