MODUS OPERANDI: Her modus operandi is as follows: She will appear to the Latin community by means of Hispanic churches (evangelical or Catholic) supposedly to offer seminars of advise on how to obtain tax IDs, do tax preparation and/or assistance for filling out government documents which will provide permanent residency. Typically, she simply downloads documents from the INS, Department of Labor websites on the internet. She may con an unethical or naïve attorney into validating her claims in order to add legitimacy to her operation. She makes guarantees and promises to pursue proceedings in order to gain legal papers for establishing permanent residency, and/or driver’s licensing and other important documents pertinent to those seeking a change of status here in the US. Supposedly, she has helped 18 to 20 other illegal aliens gain their legal status in this manner, but do not be deceived, these affidavits are false and her complicity with corrupt lawyers though seemingly credible is NOT! Her scam is to fraudulently lie for her “processing fee” and then move to another state.
After consulting a legitimate immigration lawyer our source found out Cristina’s application for permanent residency was incomplete and illegitimate.
Unless a PERM document is filed via the internet these documents will be unattended so please do not believe her or anyone else who makes the above claim!
Cristina Martinez’ agenda is to make easy money and then run with it before she can be prosecuted by the law. By preying on those seeking legal status she knows there is little recourse legally without revealing their own condition here in the US.
The mother of 2 son, she also will con priests, pastors or any other service organization making claims of widowhood, financial hardship and suffering from a brain cancer and/or tumor…all in order to evoke the sympathy and compassion in her prey. Tony is from Central America and is an illegal alien who works at construction sites doing road work with pavement road crews.

I’ve been interested in taxes for lengthier then I care to admit, both on the personal side (all my working lifetime!!) and from a legal viewpoint since passing the bar and following up on tax law.
