Complex Called It: Slumdog Millionaire’s Freida Pinto
Danny Boyle’s Slumdog Millionaire swept the Academy Awards last night, taking home eight Oscars, including Best Picture. But more importantly, the big win meant that our girl Frieda Pinto got a lot of camera time.
You might just be getting acquainted with the Indian bombshell, but Complex was actually the first American magazine to feature her. That’s right'we gave her the Hot Complex treatment in our December/January issue (that’s six months ago in magazine time), and the photos we shot are still the best we’ve seen.
