Trendhumper: Aviators Remixed

If you thought aviators were just a type of shades, allow us to save you the embarrassment By definition, an aviator is someone who flies and aircraft, and it turns out naval pilots have been rocking the circular-type sunglasses way before the three dudes pictured above were.
When Tom Cruise wore a pair of aviators in 1986's Top Gun, he set a new standard of cool, and in recent years the classic shade has been replicated, remixed, and re-designed in ways that have allowed people to make the look their own. Are you feeling the tweaked design of the glasses or are you more a fan of the old school, state trooper-style models? Vote on the trend below…

The aviator glasses aren’t really a style that needs to be humped or dumped they’ve been around forever and are the best when it comes to blocking out the sun.
I own a pair, not because I saw a celeb wear them or watched Top Gun but because they’re the shit.
