When photographer David Bergman shot his enormous panoramic collage of the Presidential Inauguration last week, it took 220 separate shots and six and a half hours for his editing software to stitch it all together. Even more staggering, though, it brought to light information that caught us totally off-guard: Biggie is not only alive and well, he’s lamping in Washington with newly-appointed Cabinet members!
