With the Iraq War entering its seventh year in 2009, it’s no surprise that military style has been heavily influencing designers across the world. As a nod to their fellow countrymen in the armed services, well-respected English brand Griffin has reinvented the classic raincoat by using the same Desert Camo DPM (distruptive pattern material) that British military officers rock in Iraq.

The new coat is their second collabo with Scottish outerwear brand Mackintosh, who helped add some classy, highly-functional details, including deep front slant pockets, under arm eyelets and a covered button front fastening.
