The Smiths “Pretty Girls Make Graves”

Is there really a need to catalog and re-catalog material from the Smiths and Morrissey? It’s almost as if in between albums, record companies find some way to repackage the band’s historic work until Morrissey puts out another album (which, the last time we checked, will be dropping in February 2009). So this week, fans were greeted with a two-disc compilation via Rhino Records which includes more live recordings, and more rarities, especially this scrapped version of “Pretty Girls Make Graves” from the Troy Tate produced album that was never formally released.
