Tom Clancy’s EndWar Envisions a Bleak Future

Red Dawn…the REMIX.
We don’t know exactly how Ubisoft conceived of its new real-time strategy game
Tom Clancy’s EndWar
(360, PS3, PC, DS, PSP), but we think Dubya deserves a producer’s credit. EndWar imagines the world falling apart in the next ten years, with the energy crisis, Russia’s unbridled ambition and a Saudi Arabia-Iran nuclear war shaking up the global hiearchy. In the game, the relentless pursuit of oil and natural resources turns former allies into enemies, sparking World War III between the U.S., Europe and Russia.
EndWar allows players to command the troops of any of the three world powers with gameplay that recalls the SOCOM series and World in Conflict'in other words, it’s not a bang-bang shooter, but a real military strategy game. Which brings us back to Dubya and the fact that EndWar is not so coincidentally coming out on Election Day. Let’s leave this plotline as a video game, not our future! You know what that means.
