The tag-team of Justin Timberlake and Timbaland can’t be fucked with. Seriously, even when production credits were split between Timbo and the Neptunes on his first opus, Justified, the chemistry spoke for itself in the hits. Now on this recently leaked track, adult-contemporary snoozers Stargate (Leona Lewis, Ne-Yo) churn out a rocky Timberlake collab, with some low-fi vocals that should have stayed on the cutting room floor. Listen for yourself and keep your fingers crossed this doesn’t make his next album.
