MTV’s All-Time Hottest TRL VJs

Today MTV announced their plans to bring one of their most iconic shows, Total Request Live, to a close in November, capping off a 10 year run. Honestly, we didn’t even know the teeny-bopping fan show was still on the air. The only reason we tune into MTV is to peep the fresh meat on “The Hills“, to watch Diddy flip shit on “Making the Band” and to feel better about ourselves after watching “From Gs to Gents.”

Still, TRL has produced some memorable pop music moments—like when Mariah Carey stripped down to gold go-go shorts before having a mental breakdown. More importantly, the show introduced some memorable dimes to the world with their string of hosts that came on after Carson Daly’s departure. Some have gone on to bigger and better things, while others are probably wishing they were still Viacom employees. Celebrate the grand closing with a look at the hottest TRL hosts.
