Brand Profile: Won Hundred
If breakfast pastries and hot statuesque women are the only things that come to mind when you think Denmark, let us introduce you to Won Hundred. This relatively new brand that hails from Copenhagen started out as denim-only, but has expanded into a full sophisticated line over the years.
With experience at Miss Sixty and Diesel under his belt, ambitious high school dropout Nikolaj Nielsen started his own line in 2004. Won Hundred makes men’s and women’s ready-to-wear ranging from bespoke suits to t-shirts, all at relatively affordable prices. Sticking to their theme of simple yet nuanced pieces, the brand has fresh denim and button-downs that go from work to play. Although it’s hard to find stateside, the line is currently debuting at Capsule so look for them in high-end boutiques soon. See some of their Fall 2008 looks below
