NCAA Football 09 Gives Madden A Run For Its Money

People circle the day that Madden drops on the calendar (August 12, if you care), but the true heads are lining up for the release of NCAA Football 09, which goes on sale this Tuesday (July 15) for Xbox, PS3, Wii and PSP. Unlike Madden, EA’s NCAA Football series never has an off year.

This year’s fresh innovation is the Online Dynasty mode, in which up to 12 players can participate, using teams from a variety of conferences, under rules set by a single elected commissioner. Multiple players can’t use the same team, but with hundreds of colleges to choose from, that shouldn’t be a problem. Frat houses nationwide rejoice. Watch the preview video below.
