Buy Some Art And Feed A Model

The website FeedaModel.com is very misleading. The homepage shows a model holding a cardboard sign begging for food, but they aren’t exactly soliciting donations like Sally Struthers in Africa. It’s actually an outlet for its founders Apple Price and Michelle Easter to showcase and sell their art alongside their modeling portfolios.

We applaud the runway chicks for trying to expand their brand by marrying art with skin, but it’s how they go about that’s a little confusing. They say, “Feed our skinny bellies by buying our art.” Aren’t top-notch models always looking to find ways to shed some pounds? We would gladly buy a piece of art to add some thickness to the rail-thin runway—as long as they aren’t secretly spending the money on coke. Check a gallery of the art-peddling models after the jump.
