Text Messages Come To Life With “HoloText”
In the spirit of Princess Leah’s S.O.S. to Obi Wan, designer Inha Luke Yoo wants to visually redefine the way we send text messages. For his entry into Google’s “MobileTricks” contest, he submitted a video of his HoloText concept, which allows you to actually see the person who is texting you in hologram form.
In addition to having a visual of who's messaging you in real time, users will also be able to save holo-texts that contain important information and reminders. Judging from the prototype video, Yoo seems to be focused on making the technology iPhone capable first. Watch a video of what it might look like after the jump.
