Rig The Election In Political Machine 2008

politicalmachine_main.jpg
Anyone who’s ever followed a campaign knows that politics is America’s biggest game. Today, Ubisoft is letting everyone compete with the release of Political Machine 2008, an in-depth strategy game for the PC that simulates the presidential election process.

Players can run as any of the 2008 primary contenders (Obama, Hillary, McCain, Giuliani, Edwards and more), a past political figure (Bill Clinton, Bush, Dick Cheney, etc) or create a custom candidate of their own. As the game progresses, you must maintain a careful balance of activities to compete: raising money, making speeches, taking out advertisements, hiring political consultants, etc. You can even make appearances on “The Coldcut Repertoire” or “The O’Malley Scenario,” parodies of The Colbert Report and The O’Reilly Factor. See more shots from the game below.
