Hunt For Wi-Fi In Your Dunks

If walking around on the LES with your laptop on a Friday night desperately scouring for Internet hot-spots is too embarrassing, a new pair of Dunks will keep your status as a nomadic Wi-Fi hunter on the low.
Dubbed “ A Step in the Right Direction,” designer Stefan Dukaczewski has created this prototype pair that lights up LEDs within 150 feet of a Wi-Fi signal. To tone down the nerdiness of the project, Dukaczewksi actually got help on the techy kicks from established cool-guy boutique Ubiq. No word yet if these wearable sensors will be mass produced. Until then, feel free to continue stealing your next door neighbor’s wireless.
What happened to just wearing a pair dunks cause they look fly with your get up. “wifi” are you serious???? whats next “swiss army dunks’???
