Turning The MacBook Air Into Gold
Custom-design squad Computer Choppers cooked up this 24 karat gold-dipped MacBook Air for the gaudy web browser. Besides the plating job, the Choppers also studded-out the Apple on the laptop with small colored sapphires'a job that'll cost you an extra $3k. For now, the unit is a one-off that the company has to put some finishing touches on, but word has it that you'll be able to cop this Paris Hilton dream machine for $8,000.
