Reign of The High-Tech Umbrella
When Mother Nature makes it rain, usually that’s her tip to head indoors and call it a night. Those stormy days are about to end once the Pileus WiFi Camera Umbrella hits the market. Equipped with a GPS, Wi-Fi connection and a camera to upload photos to your Flickr account, this is clearly not Mary Poppins‘ parasol. One downside is the black and white display, but we’re so impressed that this thing doesn’t electrocute anyone who uses it that we hardly notice. Check out a demo after the jump.
