Hov Invites Fans To Choose ‘Heart of the City’ Set-List

First Missy requested that fans name her new album, now Jay-Z is asking concertgoers to choose the songs they want to hear for his upcoming ‘Heart of the City’ tour with Mary J. Blige. When you buy tickets through the Roc site, purchasers are then entitled to picks songs from Hovie’s ten albums. The most requested songs will then be added to his set-list.
