Rap Sheet: Spread The Wealth
- Out-Of-Pocket: Wu-Tang Clan's Raekwon is urging Jay-Z and Kanye West to show love to the hood by dropping $100k. The Chef doesn't say when or where the two Roc Boys should spend the cash, but attests that parting with the paper will help win back the support from street-cats who may have lost interest in the two megastars.
- Comeback Chick: Weight-watcher Missy Elliot plans to make a comeback and is reaching out to steroid-injecting super producer Timbaland for tracks that will appear on her upcoming LP that's scheduled for May. It will be Elliot's first complete disc since her 2005 “The Cookbook,” album.
- Passing Grass: Flex spun it last week, now Camron's “Pass Tha Dutchie” track has hit the blogs. The mixtape-esque song was produced by Scram Jones and offers more lullaby wordplay we've come to expect from the Harlem diplomat.
- Youuuu Wildin’- Soulja Boy tells MTV that he’s the top MC in the game right now, saying that currently he takes top billing over Jay-Z, Kanye and Wayne. He backs up his claim with his ring tone/Internet buzz and explains that he’s the most publicized rapper at this time. It was only a matter of time before Boy Boy got cocky, we’ll see where he stands a year from now.
