New MacBook: The ‘Air’ Is Thin

Some good news for the Apple fanatics among you: when Steve Jobs speaks, products drop. We’re proud to introduce the waif thin Macbook Air. The featherweight laptop, billed as the world’s skinniest, weighs in at only 3 pounds and comes with a 13.3″ display. The less than an inch thick computr rocks a full size keyboard, a built-in iSight camera, and all sorts of other bells and whistles that you can see for yourself here. Apple is already taking pre-orders with the cheapest of the lot priced at $1799. The other buzz worthy item that’s got Mac devotees in a tizzy is the new Time Capsule, which is basically an airport and a 500GB external hardrive all wrapped into one. It works in conjunction with Time Machine in Mac OS X Leopard, making it a great way to back up your info effortlessly and via wireless. It’s also available for pre-order.

you’d be best off not buying this. you can’t replace the battery and theres no cd drive.
