It wasn’t me: G-Unit soldier, Tony Yayo, has claimed innocence from the get in regards to the beating of Jimmy the Henchmen’s 14-year-old son. Yayo’s co-defendant, Lawell Fletcher, admitted to giving the kid a beating months ago to detectives, yet the NYPD buried the confession until recently.
- Cross over: Snoop Dogg is getting bored with rappers, and is considering recording music with rockers instead, “Rappers don’t really move me too much. They can’t do what I did. I’m trying to get down with something that’s outta the box and bigger than me.”
- No refuge: MC Blahz, of Blahzay Blahzay, is suing Wyclef in a copyright infringement suit, contending that the former Fugees front man sampled his 1996 hit, “Danger,” in the “Welcome To The East” track that features Dancehall superstar Sizzla and guest violin by Minister Louis Farrakhan.
- Outstanding: A California based car customizer is suing Weezy over $80,000 in unpaid bills for work that was done on his Bentley in ‘05.
