The Air Jordan Turns 23

mj_xx3.jpg
The embargo is over people, after countless leaks of sketches, variants and B-grades , bloggers around the world are allowed to post official pics of the uber-hyped Jordan XX3. Design O.G Tinker Hatfield re-upped with Michael Jordan to produce an environmentally-friendly (hippie ballers are gonna love ‘em!) sneaker that minimizes the use of glue and aesthetics. The sneaker’s uppers are actually held together by the computerized stitching, making the model semi-recyclable. An ultra-limited edition North Carolina-esque colorup will drop on January 25, 2008, and then white/black/red and black/red colorways will follow on February 16, and February 23 respectively. Also, be on the lookout for JB’s new “Become Legendary” campaign, that will feature a series of quality commercials starring pre-pubescent Jordan Team members that will air during The NFL playoffs, the NBA All-Star game, March Madness, and the NBA playoffs. Twenty-three years strong, tip your fitteds.

  2. Thankfully Nike has gone all out to preserve the only significant feature of these otherwise forgettable shoes, their trademark UGLINESS.
