• He’s back: It was just a month ago that Saigon claimed he was retiring. Well, apparently he’s had a change of mind, “After all the messages from ya’ll, the phone calls from the ‘real’ industry people, and just the thinking I did, I decided two things: I decided that right now quitting is not an option for me; and number 2, that if I’m going to continue to make music and do this rap thing, I’m playing by MY OWN RULES.”

• Marrying kind?: Almost always wrong gossip site, MediaTakeOut, started a rumor that Jay-Z and Beyonce got married in a low key ceremony while visiting Paris recently. Instead of rings, the two allegedly got tattoos. Well the story has gone so far around the world, that this site, Metro UK, picked it up without any attribution. Karma, bitches!

• New metrics: It’s like the Billboard charts only not. AT&T unveils the top ten best selling ringtones list. The top three: Shop Boyz - “Party Like a Rockstar,” Mims - “This Is Why I’m Hot,” Soulja Boy - “Crank That (Soulja Boy).” Akon, T-Pain, Sean Kingston, and Fergie also made the list.

• The allure: Diddy channels Ye for new Ciroc Vodka ad.
