- Relaxing the reins: Weezy will be done with the rap game in less than five years and plans on owning a sports team. “When I’m 30 or 35, I don’t want to be into this shit no more. I want to own a basketball team or some kind of team. That’s why I’m in the studio every night. Now, I’m 25. You think I’m gonna be doing this shit 10 years from now? Or even five? That’s my drive.”
- Thrilled: Fergie has just joined the get Michael Jackson out of debt team and will appear on his 25th Anniversary Edition of hit album Thriller. The Black Eyes Peas front woman will sing on one of the seven bonus tracks, “Beat It 2008.” Kanye and Akon are also featured on the special edition album.
- Collaborations: Jim Jones and Styles P are joining forces for a album set to be release through Koch Records. Jones broke the news on the Tim Westwood show, “Me and Styles got an album coming out. The Ghost and The Capo, NYC to the fullest. It’s a good thing, shout out to Koch, they giving up that paper, so why not?”
