O’Neill’s NavJacket Keeps You From Getting Lost

O’Neill is really stepping up their game when it comes to fusing technology and snow sports. We already showed you their H4 Campack for exhibitionist snowboarders, and now there’s this NavJacket. It has an integrated GPS system that even connects to a mobile phone and offers 3D views of mountain resorts so you never have to worry about getting lost in the backcountry again. It also has a flexible display sleeve built into the jacket that offers speed readouts, up to the minute weather forecasts, and all sorts of other options that will excite your inner geek while keeping you warm. But don’t get your hopes up just yet. There’s no word on pricing yet and the jacket is not set to drop until Fall/Winter 2008/09.
