Graffiti’s ‘Style Master General,’ DONDI White (R.I.P), kicks off Converse’s 1HUND(RED) Artists year long collaborative project to help celebrate the brands' century-long anniversary. Converse hand-picked 100 different artists, fashion designers, and rock stars from around the globe to spearhead designs on iconic styles like the Chuck Taylor and the Pro Leather. This sneaker features a mix of black leather and suede with laser-etching and embroidered graffiti on the uppers that pay homage to the graffiti great. Besides acting as a celebratory collection, a portion of proceeds from the project will go toward the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. These sneakers drop 12/22 and will hit Converse.com beginning in January.
