Jack Spade Handkerchiefs: Inspired By Songs We’ve Never Heard Before

400_hankies.jpgAlthough most of the items Jack Spade pushes out are designed for the hip: slightly ironic, pacifist, and sometimes tech savy tastemaker in mind, this set of 7 Day-of-the-Week handkerchiefs'each embroidered with a song title'must have been tailored for baby boomers judging by the playlist:

  • “I don’t like Mondays,” Boomtown Rats
  • “Tuesday’s Gone,” Lynyrd Skynyrd
  • “Wednesday Morning, 3AM,” Simon & Garfunkel
  • “Jersey Thursday,” Donovan
  • “Friday’s Angels,” GenerationX
  • “Saturday In the Park,” Chicago
  • “(Easy) Like Sunday Morning,” Commodores

We don’t even know ANY of these songs enough to properly critique ‘em, but then again who cares, they’re handkerchiefs and lucky for us, we have a lot of viagra-free years left before we’ll actually wear them. Close-up after the jump.

$125 for set or $25 a pop, www.jackspade.com
