Jam Master Jay Is Still Kick-ing
Yesterday marked the five year anniversary of Jam Master Jay’s death, but the legacy he left behind continues to be alive and well in and out of the Hip-Hop community. In conjunction with the J.A.M Awards on November 29 — a special benefit concert that focuses on rap’s social responsibility (What up T.I.P!), adidas hooked up four sneakers paying homage to the legendary DJ. An Ultrastar JMJ anchors the set of four, which include three Brougham JMJ models to be released exclusively at Footaction in late November.

The awards sounds like a great idea, and it comes as no surprise to see Adidas hooking up some JMJ exclusives. That’s whats up!
