MetLife Neutered Snoopy, With Help From Fashion Designers

The Simpsons aren’t the only characters drawn to couture, Chuck Brown and a Peanuts gallery of fashion designers have entered the fray. First with a walk under the tents during the ‘Snoopy in Fashion’ runway show at NY’s fashion week and now with a one-of-a-kind ‘Peanuts-Inspired Couture eBay charity auction‘ of those wares designed by Isaac Mizrahi, Betsey Johnson, Richie Rich (Heatherette), Kristin Chenoweth, Whoopi Goldberg Rosie-hater Elisabeth Hasselbeck, and “others.” Sponsored by MetLife, the auction starts tonight (7p.m. PCT) and runs throughout the month. It features the famed Charlie Brown-inspired Isaac Mizrahi zig-zag dress and like a dozen other Peanuts-inspired designs. And for you cheapies, don’t worry they got you covered too:
And for those who aren’t looking for couture but would still like to participate in the charity auction, there will be celebrity designed Peanuts t-shirts!
All proceeds will be used to benefit Dress for Success, some chick charity that tries to help disadvantaged women by showing them how to walk in high heels. See the video promo we especially saved for after the jump.
