Luckily for you, Chris Hansen ain’t lurking behind the catwalks in Australia, cause there’s only one major problem with this picture guys: she’s only 13 years-old. This is Maddison Gabriel, the young model that’s been getting a whole lot of fanfare for recently being named the “Face of Gold Coast Fashion Week.” Technically, Maddison was 12 at the time she was bestowed with that honor—she celebrated her birthday a few days later and officially became a teenager—and has ignited a fashion firestorm and debate about how young is too young to model. While by no means as sick as those children’s beauty pageants, she is still a bit young to be rocking sexy swimsuits or lingerie. Plus, child welfare issues aside, why should us men be burdened with the guilt of ogling a teenager when it’s clearly the industry’s fault?
