Speed Racer Captured on Revolutionary Cameras

Whenever the Wachowski Brothers emerge from their secret lair we pay attention. The eccentric siblings who created The Matrix, and did an impressive job with V for Vendetta, are at it again, this time working on an adaption of Speed Racer, a movie based on the cult-like 1960’s Japanese cartoon. The brothers, known for not taking shorts, have created some sort of revolutionary camera techniques that will “look like nothing we’d ever seen before on a movie screen.” They’ve even employed a small contingent of 200 or 300 guys who are just working on the backgrounds alone. The Wachowski brothers have been at the forefront of the most cutting edge filming techniques so we can’t wait to see what they’re actually up to. But don’t expect any leaks, “the cameras, the process and everything about the new look is protected by guards and kept secret” so you’re gonna have to wait till next year like the rest of us.
