Sneak-a-Peak at The Vans x Simpsons Collection
NECKFACE
Vans hit up 12 staples in the underground art community to produce a series of Simpson-inspired sneakers, as part of an ultra-limited collaborative project. Allowing each artist the freedom of interpreting the way they viewed the crew from Springfield, each sneaker came out distinctively different, carrying a serious collect-ability factor. Included in this post we see Neckface and KAWS Chukka's, and Stash's Sk8-Mid LX (check images after the jump). On July 14 '14 different models will drop for a total of 1,400 shoes (100 each style) and will retail for $100. Shops that will be carrying the collection include: Conveyor at Fred Segal (Santa Monica), Supreme (LA), Dave's Quality Meat (NY) Undefeated (LV), Kicks/HI (Honolulu), Blends (San Diego), Proper (Long Beach), Bodega (Boston), Huf (San Fran), and St. Alfred (Chicago.) Start scheming or be prepared to drop serious D’oh on eBay.
